When i say its the same thing I mean if youre battling collecting or trading theres no real differences

True, true, but some legendary pokemon can be used in VGC. This is a huge deal when you are getting a Thundurus-T and it causes you to be disqualified from a VGC regional due to it being hacked. It doesn't matter if it is hacked in OU, but if the stats are fake then it does.
