Active Size Limits on Signatures (if they are already present, make them smaller)

A problem on this site is the intrusive size of many people's signatures (including myself) and it just makes it a complete pain trying to read through a thread. These generally consist of 4/5 banners, but they somethimes consist of huge amounts of text. I feel that, if you were to add a limit to the size of them, it would make reading through much less of a chore and it would mean that people think before they put that size 7 writing or 1000/375 banner in there.
