Then other then that it seems like a pretty solid team.

Big rock, water, fairy, ice and dragon weaknesses because this team doesn't really have much to cover up for that, adding ferrothorn or conkeldurr to the team can be great for this team since they provide more coverage and resistances making you worry about mainly fairy which is why the talonflame and ferrothorn are there for

Edit: Btw, if you're running a banded Talonflame, I recommend you adjust your Speed EV to not make it too wasteful and invest it elsewhere to squeeze as much EV out of your poke as you can.
