A source informed a group and me the European release of PS now has EV code modifiers available. Below is a screenshot.

I'll try to post updates on Power Saves activities if I can keep up.

It's very Meowstic. What this means is we can finally and potentially have BR eggs.
Just hatch and level up to allow customers to have the ability to nickname their own BR eggs.

Illegal spreads are now possible, but as to how the game will handle it or if patch 1.3 will be able to detect it is not yet known. For sure they shouldn't pass for online play.
