Ok. First thing first. VGC is WAY different than OU. And one of the big differences is something I see here:
NONE of your pokemon have Protect. And the general rule of thumb is that if your mon can use Protect, it should. That move is invaluable in doubles. Obviously, Choice items or Assault Vest are gonna mean you can't use Protect, so those are notable exceptions. Certain other pokemon like Mudsdale or Ninetails can opt not to run it too. But those are moveset specific.
So let's move on to Pokemon choice.

Toxapex is not very viable in doubles. It just doesn't put on the offensive pressure necessary to succeed in the format. It'll live damn near anything, sure. But that doesn't matter. Games don't last long enough for Toxic to do anything worth the turn you spend using it. If you're looking for a tanky pokemon in this slot, I'd recommend Mudsdale, Oranguru, Celesteela, or Tapu Lele

It pains me to say it, because Sylveon is possibly my all-time favorite pokemon, but it just isn't as good now as it was last year. Losing Pix'd Hyper Voice was huge. And a lot of Dragon types have been pushed out of the meta. Mence is now an expendable support mon, Goodra is super niche and you'll almost never see one. Garchomp is the only huge dragon to worry about, and HP Ice Tapu Koko can OHKO that dude 85% of the time. With the Tapus running around, there are just better Fairy choices.

Not sure how I feel about Specs on Gengar, or Lefties on Magnezone. Not saying they can't work, because I haven't done the calcs. But you do need to stay critically minded about them.

Arcanine typically runs Burn Up instead of Flare Blitz. It has no recoil, and removes his Fire typing, which can be very useful.

Mandibuzz is only really good as a Taunt Support. I don't recommend using your Assault Vest on it.

I don't see a ton of useful interaction going on here. Not much synergy. This looks more like a hodgepodge of OU and VGC Goodstuffs, without a lot of the stuff that makes it good. What you really need to do first and foremost is consider your core, think about how it interacts with itself, and how any additions you can make reinforce that, or provide another cohesive backup strat.

Hope this helps!

I was more as well, asking for people to help me edit my Pokemon not give me smart advice because if u knew me I'm very stupid, but thx a lot for writing this, toxipex does have a form of protect, it's special baneful bunker, but the problem is I've never really double battled before, I usually ran a mega gardivour with hyper voice and an ice wind gengar but both those were removed, I just really want someone to slap in a Pokemon showdown format doubles team which I can then work off of and see what I need to do, work on and see what my team should look like
Sry if this is abit rude it wasn't intended

Why would you run a Choice Specs Koko? With Facade? Facade has literally one user. Burn Orb Hariyama. And that's not very good.
I mean, feel free to do whatever you want. I just made the team, you're the one playing it. And I didn't even make that core. Most of that is Aaron Zheng's. If you're halfway competent enough to follow a few simple instructions, that team will net you wins against players who don't know how to counter it.
It's really simple.
Oranguru to set up TR and Instruct Torkoals Eruption. Liligant for Chlorophyll and After You Torkoals Eruption when you can't set up TR.
Celesteela to stall and take care of Tapus
Garchomp with Fire Fang coverage for Ice types and Bulu. Can EQ spam with Celesteela on the field. Poison Jab for Lele and Koko.
Milotic for Intimidate users, Alolan Mwak.

That facade totally useless and the spech let him less the discharge power, better put on a Life Orb , and in combo u could put an alolan raichu to get speed control or a garchomp, if u take a garchomp u could think about a baloon fornthe koko so u can do a complete clear of the enemies with discharge/dazzling gleam+Earthquake

It's not facade I'd use, sry that was accident but, I mean like, choicespecs + epic speed and spa with discharge or dazzling gleam for STAB thats:

80 base damage
161 spa
Stab
1.5x dmg
Potential super effective
Low chance but potential crit
And hits both targets

Raichu+Koko isn't reliable. All it takes is a Bulu or Lele switch-in to kill the speed control.
