Did not receive PC for registering my account

Exactly as the title says. Just a little confused is all. This site and the users look like a fun community, I'd really like to get involved. But is there something that I'm missing to get the 20 PC for registering? And if someone could post a link for me showing me how to conduct trades for PC for ORAS that'd be amazing, thanks in advance.

To send someone PC:

1. Hover the mouse over 'Credit'
2. Click 'Transfer'
3. Type who you are sending to and the amount you want to send
4. Click 'Do Transfer'

As for not receiving PC, that is a known issue, but if I am correct it was removed due to people abusing it to get free PC.
