we are going by site ban list ou. So basically smogon with a few exceptions. Are you wanting to enter?

Well, I mean like rules such as no swagger/minimize , things like that, or is it basically anything goes except for the uber and banned pokemon?

But I am interested if there are any more spots open and if it is possible for me to play my matches when I get off of work. =) Don't want to hold up the tournament.
