If they battled to take the gym they qualify and if they won the badge before becoming gym leader they already have it. I know Dom was very good at running the rock gym and it can be very trollsy if used correctly

But aren't both rock as Ice inactive atm? Meaning that they can't technically battle for it if the owners left? It's going to be very tough for those two gyms

Besides if they can't get that good of a record and they need the badge they can do what I did and back out to beat their replacement if worst comes to worst

Also I'd like to apply for the grass badge, since I've accepted 13 battles and won 8 of them, which is 61.5%

Well my gym got taken and then i stormed in and took it back. So I guess that means I'm going to apply for the fire badge since I actually battled for the gym this time.
