Alright there are some differences compared to Showdown which is pretty interesting . Are there are any designated tiers that cannot be taken over because someone already owns them?

Currently looking for an OU, NU, PU or Doubles leader OU might be taken soon though, not sure.

I would love to snag that OU tier since I know about that tier much more (respectively) than any other designated tier but if it doesn't work out, I can run some tests on other available tiers as well.

Honestly I ron't see any reason to /not/ let @Bruh onto the council tbh. From the way I've seen him talk in the SB I can tell he's more than qualified for this xD
